Anik has led talent acquisition for multinational technology companies — sourcing and onboarding engineers, product specialists and technical leaders, shaping recruitment strategy and mentoring recruiting teams. His work bridges skills, cultures and innovation, and it is the hands-on foundation behind NextGen's recruitment services and HR technology.
